- Final selection of
participants is a function of The Fall Festival Committee. Items should be
quality antiques and vintage collectables. New items and reproductions are
not appropriate.
- All participants will pay a
registration fee of $60.00 per 10' x 10' space. booths
will be assigned at random on a first come/first served basis.
- The Fall Festival
provides each booth with one 110 volt 20 amp receptable.
Participants must bring their own extension cords.
- All participants will set up
under tents in delineated spaces. No out-of-tent displays are permitted.
Aisles must be kept free of obstacles.
- Participants are encouraged
to dress in period costume reflecting our Old English heritage.
CRAFT
INFORMATION

- All items must be
hand-crafted. Any other products must have the approval of The Fall
Festival Committee.
- If crafter did not
participate in The Fall Festival 2008, pictures and descriptions of crafts
to be sold must accompany application form.
- Tent/trailer space (10' x
10') fee is $60.00 for the three-day festival. Tents may be rented from
The Fall Festival for an additional $100.00 charge.
- The Fall Festival
provides one 110 volt 20 amp receptacle to the tents on a first come/first
served basis. All electrical requests must be received by September 1,
2009. Each vendor must provide his/her own extension cord with a minimum
12-gauge rating.
- Participants are encouraged
to dress in period costume reflecting our Old English heritage.
DEMONSTRATOR
INFORMATION

- Demonstrators will be located
either in the Forgotten
Forest area or under
tents.
- Demonstrators will verbally
explain their craft to the public as an integral part of the
demonstration.
- Demonstrators who wish to
sell their crafts will be responsible for paying the 6% Kentucky Sales Tax.
- Demonstrators shall dress in
period costume appropriate to their craft.
